Annual Reports
The EPA has an obligation under the Environmental Protection Act 1986 to provide an Annual Report to the Minister for Environment.
The Office of the EPA was established as a separate Department of State on 27 November 2009 and is also obliged to publish an Annual Report.
As much of the information is common to both reports, the 2010-2011 Annual Report is intended to meet both statutory obligations, with distinctions drawn between the EPA and OEPA where appropriate.
