Reclassifying portions of Lot 3808 Civic Gardens, Cannington and Fleming Avenue road reserve from 'No Zone' to 'Public Open Space
The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder has initiated Town Planning Scheme 2 (TPS 2) to align with the
Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015 (Regulations). TPS 2
proposes several zones where development will be subject to development provisions to
ensure compatibility and compliance with the Regulations and to limit the potential of
detrimental effects on sensitive land uses.
Rezone from 'Private Institution' and 'No Zone' to 'Residential (R100)'
Zone the two Hammond Road Structure Plan areas from 'Development Area 8' to 'Residential' to reflect completed development.
Various locations in the South East and South West Districts of the Metropolitan Region Scheme, in the Cities of Armadale, Cockburn, Gosnells, Kwinana and Rockingham and the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale.
The amendment proposes to address several minor mapping changes and text revisions to improve clarity and content, and reflect existing land uses.
Clarification that minimum lot sizes for subdivision purposes are guided by the State Planning Framework and not the Shire 'Zoning and Development Tables'.
Rezone the above lots from 'Rural Living 2' to 'Urban Development' to facilitate subdivision.
The City of Swan has initiated Amendment 155 to rezone and reclassify various land parcels in accordance with the approved Metropolitan Region Scheme Omnibus Amendment No 1292/57 and to modify the scheme maps accordingly.
Modifying the use class permissibility by including the additional land uses of Workers Accommodation, Aged Person, Motel, Industry Cottage and Restaurant/cafe as discretionary uses within the Rural Residential zones in proximity to the town sites of Coolgardie and Kambalda.
