Attachment 1 to Statement 572 - Increase of the total allowable annual load of Total Nitrogen (TN) from 60 to 70 t/a – change to proposal approved by the EPA Chairman on a temporary basis, such that the increase in TN load limit would cover only the period of time required to complete the Wastewater Treatment Plan upgrade – change to proposal approved on 18 November 2008.

Attachment 2 to Statement 572 - Removal of the Total Phosphorous (TP) limit of 10 mg/l and including it in Part V Licence and removal of the faecal coliform limit of <10,000 cfu/ 100ml as from a marine perspective this specific value is not relevant and monitoring of the bacterial levels in ocean outfall sample is addressed in Part V Licence – change to proposal approved on 22 April 2014.
