Project Proponent Collie Water Proposal description The proposal aims to reduce the flow of high salinity river water entering Wellington Dam and improve the quality of dam water for irrigated agriculture in the Collie and Myalup irrigation districts. The proposal is to construct a weir, pump stations and pipeline infrastructure and take saline water from the Collie River East Branch of the Upper Collie River, construct and operate a reverse osmosis Water Treatment Plant and supply desalinated water to the Water Corporation via Harris River Dam.
