The proposal is to develop a titanium minerals mine on Mining Leases 70/49, 70/937 and 70/938 and to mine an ore body located on Reserve 31900 and private property within the Shire of Harvey. The ore body consists of two occurrences of heavy mineral concentrate separated by the Waterous Formation Creek, and adjacent to Black Rock Road.
