SCM Chemicals Ltd (the proponent) proposes to continue using its Dalyellup solid residue disposal site beyond March 1994, the expiry date of current approvals for the site. The proposal is for a major staged expansion to Wespine's operations at the pine log sawmill, Moore Road, Dardanup.
