Specifically, the stated purpose of the proposed clearing is to enable the expansion of an existing grazing and cropping enterprise. Location 1910 is located approximately 40 km south of Jerramungup on Roberts Road, in the Shire of Jerramungup. The proposed clearing, if allowed to proceed, would reduce the amount of native vegetation on the property from 400 hectares (approximately 36% of the property) to 300 hectares (26% of the property).
