Attachment 1 to Statement 439 – Modification of pit areas and depths, enlargement of temporary stockpiles, adjustments to areas and locations of out-of-pit overburden storage areas, alteration to the arrangement of train wagons, increase in the workforce and establishment of a Maximum Disturbance Boundary – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 19 August 2008.
