Project Proposal description Mr John Maas (Bullsbrook Turf) proposes to expand the existing turf farm at Lot 8 Raphael Road, Bullsbrook from 12 hectares (ha) to 26 ha. The proposal is within the Ellen Brook catchment. The turf farm has two centre pivot irrigators (pivots 1 and 2) with a combined irrigated area of 26 ha. The proponent currently has 8 ha of turf under pivot 1 and 4 ha of turf under pivot 2. The proposed additional 14 ha of turf will be grown under pivot 2.
