Scheme/scheme amendment Responsible Authority City of Swan Description The City of Swan proposes to reclassify a 0.02 hectare portion of Lot 501 on Plan 69205 Paradise Quays, Ballajura from ‘Special Use Zone No. 23’ to the ‘Recreation’ reserve and amend the scheme map accordingly. The amendment will increase the separation distance between Emu Swamp and the amended ‘Special Use Zone’ boundary from 50 metres (m) to 80 m.
