Amendment 148 proposes to insert a new provision into the scheme text under section 5.3

Amendment 10 proposes to rezone Lot 3 Hopton Street, and Lots 4 and 5 Robinson Street,
Broome from "Residential RIO" to "Mixed Use" (R40).

The City of Kalamunda proposes to rezone Lot 112 (280) Holmes Road and Lot 14 (323)
Hawtin Road, Forrestfield from Special Rural to Special Use and insert additional site-specific development conditions into Schedule 4 of the scheme.
Amendment 6 proposes to rezone Lot 148 Leahy Street Pithara, Dalwallinu from 'Recreation'
to 'Townsite'
The Shire of Carnarvon proposes the additional use of 'Radio/Television Installation' to
facilitate the construction of a Telstra telecommunications tower.
The City of Bayswater proposes to rezone two lots totalling 5000m2 from Public Purposes
(Religious Institution) and No Zone to Residential R50 to facilitate residential development.
Amendment 4 proposes to reclassify a portion of Lot 75 from "public open space - restricted" to "public purpose - primary school" and portion of Lot 100 from "public purpose - primary school" to "public open space".
The City of Joondalup proposes to amend its scheme text to ensure the advice and
recommendations of the Joondalup Design Reference Panel are given due regard when determining development applications.
