The Shire of Tammin has initiated Local Planning Scheme 2 (LPS2) to align with the Planning
and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015. LPS2 proposes several zonings
to reflect current and future residential land uses.

The Shire of Dardanup has initiated Amendment 202 to modify the Scheme Text in relation to
the Eaton Fair Activity Centre. The amendment will also rezone Lot 500 Council Drive, Eaton and portion of Lot
501,507 and 1108 Recreation Drive, Eaton from 'Civic and Community' reserve and 'Mixed Use' to 'District
Centre' zone.
The Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup proposes to rezone Lot 384 Marshall Road, Argyle from
'General Agriculture' to the 'Rural Residential' zone, remove the subject area from the 'Development
Investigation Area V in the Scheme and incorporate special scheme provisions.
The Shire of Harvey has initiated Amendment 122 to rezone a portion of Lots 7, 8 and 9
Craigie Drive, Roelands from 'No Zone' to 'Special Residential' zone and be included within
Special Residential Area 10. The Additional Requirements - Special Residential Zone Area 10
are proposed to be amended by changing the setback requirements for Lots 7 and 8 Craigie
Drive, Roelands.
The City of Armadale has initiated Amendment 100 to recode properties west of the Kelmscott
Train Station and Kelmscott District Activity Centre from R15/R40 and R25/40 to R15/60. The
redevelopment will increase the potential for new housing types within the catchment for both
the train station and the District Centre.
