The City of Cockburn has initiated Amendment 127 to introduce additional uses over a portion
of Lot 13 Warton Road, Treeby. This will be consistent with the zoning under the Metropolitan
Region Scheme.

The City of Cockburn has initiated Amendment 138 to delete Development Contribution Plan
2 'Success Lakes' from the Development Contribution Plans of the Scheme and amend the
Scheme map accordingly.

The City of Vincent has initiated Amendment 2 to recode Lot 245 and Lot 2016 Wasley Street,
Mount Lawley from R40 to R35.

The City of Kalamunda proposes to rezone a 570m2 portion of a 3,555m2 lot from 'No
Zone' to 'Residential'. The balance of the lot will remain 'Residential'.

The City of Stirling proposes to limit developers' variation of some site and development
standards required in the Mirrabooka Town Centre Special Control Area. 'Nursing Home' is
proposed to be a discretionary land use instead of the current prohibited land use.

The Shire of Dandaragan proposes to introduce Special Control Areas for PDWSAs and modify
the wording of scheme provisions to allow for subdivision and development to occur within
the Bassendean Precinct Special Control Area.

The City of Greater Geraldton has initiated Amendment 8 to rezone Lot 28 from Rural to
Urban Development.

The amendment area is no longer required for a road reserve and is currently not zoned
under the local planning scheme. The City of Bayswater proposes to zone the two lots as
Residential R25.

The City of Bayswater has initiated Amendment 83 to modify the Scheme Maps to reflect the
correct boundary of the Bayswater Character Protection Area.
