Attachment 1 to Statement 1197 - Change to condition 4-3. Change approved under s. 45C on 29 September 2023.

Attachment 2 to Statement 1197 - Increase the authorised mining rate from 3 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) to 7 Mtpa. Change approved under s. 45C on 21 January 2026.

Attachment 1 to Statement 1242 - Amend and replace the proposal description to allow supply of abstracted groundwater to other users outside of the development envelope. Amend and replace condition A1-1 to define total and annual groundwater abstraction rates from the project including the Water Supply Areas, and clarify the elements included in the project life and the commencement date. Spatially define the amendment to the approved proposal in figure 2 and schedule 1. Administrative change to correct an unintentional error in the disturbance footprint in figure 2 and schedule 1 and include the revised disturbance footprint. Administrative change to amend the proponent address. Administrative change to correct an unintentional omission in condition A1-1. Change to conditions approved under s. 45C on 17 December 2025.

Attachment 1 to Ministerial Statement 1189 - Condition 12-3 is deleted, and replaced. Change approved under S45C on 24 November 2022.

Attachment 2 to Ministerial Statement 1189 - Remove the total dissolved solid (TDS) limit of 50,000 mg/L for aquifer reinjection of excess mine dewater. Remove the TDS limit of 50,000 mg/L for dust suppression using excess mine dewater. Replace the introduction to reference a Proposal Content Document for the purposing of describing the approved proposal. Replace condition 1-1 to reflect the removal of the TDS limits. Change approved under S45C on 2 July 2024.

Attachment 3 to Ministerial Statement 1189 - Changes:
• Replace the proposal description to allow integration of externally sourced ore integration.
• Minor expansion of the development envelope to include miscellaneous tenement L46/129.

Attachment 6 - The change is to amend the authorised extent, including:

Attachment 7 – Reduce the authorised land disturbance within the development envelope at
Murrin Murrin East by 1,650 hectares (ha). Increase in authorised land disturbance to Murrin Murrin North and Murrin Murrin
South by 1,650 ha. Reduce the total spatial extent of the development envelope from 68,888 ha to
20,172 ha through the following:
o decrease the existing development envelope for Murrin Murrin North and Murrin Murrin South by 23,774 ha, from 37,435 ha to 13,661 ha.
o decrease the existing development envelope for Murrin Murrin East by 24,942 ha from 31,453 ha to 6,511 ha. – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 6 November 2023.

Attachment 8 – No additional clearing, emissions or discharges or changes to the life of mine. Ministerial Statement figures updated to include proposal supporting infrastructure previously presented in Attachment 6 and incorrectly omitted from Attachment 7 due to an administrative error. Figures updated to include water pipeline connections that were omitted due to an error of transcription in Attachment 6. The development envelope details in Table 2 updated to correctly reference mining and borefield development envelopes referenced in the corrected figures. The development envelope extent of 20,172 hectares (ha) in Table 2 has been moved to the correct location under ‘Pits, Waste Dumps and Ore Stockpiles’ in Table 2. – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 24 April 2024.

Attachment 9 – Addition of an 849 hectare (ha) Hybrid Renewable Energy (HRE) development envelope. • Construction, commissioning, and operation of a new tailings storage facility in previously mined pits in Area 3.
• The change is for abstraction of recirculation water as a result of seepage from in-pit storage of tailings. Abstraction of up to 3 gigalitres per annum (GL/a) to account for recirculation water in addition to 20 GL/a for dewatering is required (total of 23 GL/a). There is no change to the abstraction of groundwater that is not recirculation water, or the extent of groundwater drawdown from dewatering authorised under Schedule 1 of MS 854 (up to 140 metres of drawdown to approximately 500 metres relative to sea level (RSL)).
• Figures 2 and 3 have been referenced in the Key Characteristics Table.

The conceptual mine layout and associated infrastructure for the proposal in Schedule 1 of MS 854 (Figure 3) has been updated to reflect the changes described above and the elements of the proposal that have been implemented in accordance with the key characteristics of the approved proposal.

The reference to figures depicting the location of the physical and operational elements have been corrected in the Key Characteristics Table (to Figures 2 and 3) as it is these figures that show the mine layout and associated infrastructure for the proposal. – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 2 October 2020.
